Privacy Policy

Your information, and what I do with it.

Last updated: 13 June 2026

Daring Flow is run by Kasia Nowacka, a sole practitioner based in Sydney, Australia. This page explains what personal information I collect, why, and what you can do about it. If you have questions, write to kasia@daringflow.com.

What I collect

Only what you give me. That usually means your name and email, and anything you choose to share when you contact me, sign up for a free resource, book a call, or work with me.

When booking and payments are set up, they run through third-party providers. A scheduling provider will process your name, email and time zone to arrange a call. A payment provider will process your payment. I never see or store your full card details.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts. That is all.

How I use your information

To reply to you, to send a free resource or occasional email if you asked for it, to schedule and run sessions, to send invoices, and to meet my legal and tax obligations. Nothing else.

Email

If you signed up for a resource or updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. I will not sell, rent or trade your information.

Who I share it with

Only the service providers that help me run the practice, such as scheduling, email and payment tools, and only where the law requires it. I do not sell your data. Some providers may store data outside Australia or the EU.

What you share in sessions

What you tell me in coaching or supervision is confidential and kept separate from the information above. The only exceptions are where there is a serious risk of harm or where I am required by law to disclose.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you the information I hold, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data protection laws, you have those rights too. Write to kasia@daringflow.com and I will respond.

How long I keep it

Only as long as I need it, or as long as the law requires. Financial records are kept for the period Australian tax law requires, currently five years.

Children

My services are for adults. This site is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
