Cancellations and refunds, in plain terms.

Daring Flow is run by Kasia Nowacka, trading as Daring Flow (ABN 51 973 678 795), based in Sydney, Australia. This page explains what happens if you need to cancel, and when something is refundable. If you are unsure, write to kasia@daringflow.com.

The First Thread

The free 20-minute intro call costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you cannot make it, just let me know and we will find another time.

One to one sessions

Paying for a session reserves that time for you. You can reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before the start. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, the session is treated as delivered and is not refunded.

If I ever need to cancel or move a session, you choose: a new time that suits you, or a full refund. Each session is paid for on its own, so there is no long package to unwind if you decide to stop.

Workshops and retreats

Group work, workshops and retreats run on the terms in their own offer or agreement, including any deposit and cancellation dates. Those terms are given to you before you commit, and they apply to that booking.

Digital products

Guides, downloads and other digital products are delivered straight after purchase. For that reason they are not refundable once delivered. If a product is faulty, will not download, or is not as described, tell me and I will fix it or refund it.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this page limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service or product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund. These rights stand alongside everything above.

How to ask

To reschedule, cancel, or request a refund, write to kasia@daringflow.com. I will reply within a few working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page. The version in place when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
